If you are passionate about preventing accidents, implementing improvements, and promoting a safety culture, we want to meet you! Our client operates in the construction industry. **Responsibilities:** Inspect workplaces, machinery, equipment, and environmental conditions; Identify occupational hazards and propose preventive measures; Develop and monitor safety programs and documents (PGR, APR, DDS); Guide and train employees on PPEs and safety regulations; Investigate accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions; Manage documentation, authorizations, and validity of employee and third-party training records; Monitor high-risk activities (e.g., working at heights, electricity) and ensure compliance with NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards); Support managers and teams in implementing safe practices and organizing the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA); Prepare safety reports and indicators, and support educational campaigns; On-site work at construction sites; Other related duties. **Requirements:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration at the professional council; Advanced knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs); Driver's license category B; Residence in the region. **Benefits:** Competitive remuneration; PJ (individual contractor) contract; Collaborative and innovative work environment; Opportunity for professional growth and continuous development; Privileged location in Itapema, SC.
