**Duties and Responsibilities** Provide guidance to secretariats, staff, teachers, community members, students, and families regarding the interview process, home visits, and scholarships; Support socially vulnerable students; Prepare documentation checklists and issue scholarship-related declarations; Register and update beneficiary data, as well as generate monthly lists of beneficiaries for the Permanent Scholarship Program; Monitor ProUni leave-of-absence cases; Monitor ProUni public notices, internal communications, ordinances, and bulletins, ensuring the ProUni team remains updated; Conduct biannual audits to verify whether documents submitted by scholarship recipients comply with legal requirements; Conduct individual interviews, recording them in the Sisprouni system; Perform socioeconomic document analysis for scholarships and financing programs; Analyze resolutions, requests, and notifications of denial when necessary; Implement process improvements related to home visits/investigations in collaboration with the Office of the Prosecutor, as well as in scholarship programs and promotional initiatives; Send confirmation emails for scheduled appointments; Plan and conduct home visits, issuing reports and opinions on completed visits; Perform triage to identify: (i) student applications not approved for scholarships; (ii) applications lacking sufficient grounds to justify a home visit; and (iii) applications eligible for home visits; Select, train, and compensate service providers; Supervise and support service providers throughout the scholarship process, offering objective decision-making assistance whenever necessary; Investigate formal complaints; if substantiated, prepare the student’s case file and forward it to the Office of the Prosecutor; notify the student of the investigation outcome and implement measures determined by the Office of the Prosecutor; if unsubstantiated, archive the case file and provide feedback to the complainant upon request; Review appeals and issue opinions. **Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work and active professional registration with CRESS.
