Deliver training sessions and investigate workplace incidents Description: Apply quickly via email: Responsibilities and Desired Experience: MHunting is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to work onsite at a company located in Itajaí-SC. Main Responsibilities and Duties: * Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies: draft procedures, instructions, and action plans for accident prevention and occupational health promotion. * Conduct periodic inspections and audits: examine facilities, equipment, and processes to identify hazards and non-conformities, proposing improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Deliver training sessions and educational campaigns: guide employees on safe practices, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), accident prevention, and emergency response. * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents: determine root causes, issue technical reports, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with other departments: provide technical support to ensure alignment with legal requirements and internal HSE policies. Education, Experience, and Preferred Qualifications: * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, registered with the competent authority. * Prior experience in this role, preferably within a corporate environment. * Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), e-Social, and up-to-date legislation. * Willingness to travel between branches. Salary: Approximately R$ 5.000,00 to R$ 6.500,00 — negotiable based on experience and expertise.
