Job Summary: Junior Risk Management Analyst to monitor trips, authorize shipments, manage tracking systems, and support drivers and insurance operations in Itajaí/SC. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and safety support to drivers **JUNIOR RISK MANAGEMENT ANALYST \- ITAIPAVA NEIGHBORHOOD \- ITAJAÍ/SC** **REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school; undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred; Easy access to the company; Relevant work experience; Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills; Availability for overtime. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Monitor trips in real time, controlling route, stops, speed, and compliance with the PGR (Risk Prevention Plan). Authorize trips according to security rules and shipper requirements. Perform system-based blocking/signaling in the tracking system when necessary. Verify mandatory documentation: MDF\-e and CTe. Conduct vehicle checklists. Familiarity with technologies such as Onix Sat, Sascar, and others. Validate drivers, vehicles, and trailers in registration systems (SIL of management companies and KMM). Update and correct registrations with GRs (OpenTech, BrasilRisk, Minerva, Trafegus, etc.). Record incidents and support handling of insurance claims (theft, breakdown, collision, rollover). Collect document information to support the Insurance/Claims department. Maintain GR controls and indicators: telemetry events, deviations, alerts, and driver history. Provide operational and safety guidance to drivers.
