Implement improvements and optimization of industrial processes **MISSION** Ensure support for the stability, standardization, and continuous improvement of production processes in the printing industry, contributing to compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations by means of data analysis, support in handling non-conformities, and assistance in implementing actions that promote operational efficiency and reduction of losses. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Organize, update, and ensure traceability of documentation for the Quality Management System (procedures, work instructions, records, and forms); Review technical criteria for approval of raw materials, products, and production processes, as directed; Conduct conformity checks and monitor corrective and preventive actions; Handle internal and external non-conformities, as instructed; Apply root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.); Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans; Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Sales teams to implement improvements; Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement; Propose improvements aimed at reducing waste and increasing efficiency; Update technical standards and operational workflows based on data and analyses; Disseminate best practices across industrial processes; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company. **REQUIREMENTS** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in areas related to quality control, production, or industrial processes. (Preferred)
