Internal and external communication, ensuring information clarity. ### **Job Title** Junior Administrative Analyst ### **Job Description** **Junior Administrative Analyst** **Your Role** * Customer service. * Analyzing cases opened by customers. * Generating integration budget estimates. * Screening cases and service orders (OS) requiring more detailed analysis. * Tracking case progression and performing appropriate documentation. * Responding to customer emails and making internal departmental adjustments. * Ensuring clarity and documentation of relevant information exchanged through this channel. * Accessing internal spreadsheets to record approved budgets. This opportunity is available in a hybrid work model at our Blumenau\-SC office. **You are the right candidate for this position if you have:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Experience in customer service and administrative activities. * Experience analyzing documents and spreadsheets. * Spanish (desirable) **How We Work Together** We believe we create greater impact when working together rather than separately. Onsite positions require daily presence at company facilities.
