Requirements: 1\. Prior experience in this role. 2\. Knowledge of supply chain management, demand planning, and transportation operations. Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving and guiding drivers performing loading and/or unloading; Ensuring effective communication and information flow; Performing check-in and check\-out processes for inbound and outbound vehicles; Promoting vehicle flow efficiency in coordination with Operations; Receiving, issuing, releasing, and organizing documentation related to Electronic Invoices; Conducting reconciliations between Electronic Invoices and Cargo Manifests to ensure inventory accuracy; Completing system entries in YMS, Ciel\-FW, and SAP; Completing and maintaining area-specific spreadsheets; Organizing and archiving documents used in Yard Dispatch and Gatehouse processes; Maintaining equipment under their responsibility and ensuring a safe work environment; Supporting SHE, Quality, and Environmental policies and objectives by adhering to all safety procedures, ensuring data accuracy in systems, and contributing to selective waste collection.
