**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, inspecting, picking, and handling merchandise. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Desired ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Capacity for learning, practical application, and consistent adherence to company procedures, policies, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING MERCHANDISE: + Performs quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial merchandise (equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, length, reference number, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant details regarding received merchandise (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores merchandise at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-prone items, ensuring merchandise delivered to stores is ready for sale. + Sorts merchandise according to flow type—store merchandise versus warehouse merchandise. + Releases merchandise for storage in Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to carry out storage (Delivery Note). + Conducts anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received merchandise, maintaining efficient vehicle flow in the Merchandise Receiving yard and proper handling of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cages, etc.). + Keeps equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Stacks pallets safely to prevent damage to property and injury to personnel. + Maintains a clean and organized receiving area to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage items validated by Sales, performs qualitative and quantitative inspection, and places shrinkage items in the designated disposal area. + Receives returns to suppliers validated by Sales, conducts qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickups. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performs qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedules pickups. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Against Stock), identifies products, and notifies the Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for merchandise, maintaining physical space reservation and rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers merchandise to customers promptly and courteously, placing items into the customer's vehicle. + Picks and inspects merchandise, verifying all items listed on the issued order, and makes them available for customer pickup at the Merchandise Pickup Counter or for carrier pickup (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in-store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores merchandise and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Provides telephone customer service, informing customers about delivery timelines. + Informs the Logistics Supervisor of any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse slotting operations (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes daily canceled RSS orders. + Registers merchandise shrinkage identified during picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential merchandise-related issues. + Reports merchandise-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the point of reference for the Merchandise Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
