BUSCCAR is a Pernambuco-based company headquartered in Recife, specializing in organizational consulting, personnel selection, headhunting, training and development, quality programs, career repositioning, and professional guidance. **Responsibilities:** Receive and assist customers. Identify requests and forward them to the appropriate department (sales, after-sales, parts, finance, etc.). Schedule appointments and test drives when necessary. Maintain updated customer service records and registrations in internal systems.
