The **Apprentice - Administrative Assistant** will operationalize area-specific systems using available software, contributing to streamlining daily workflows. They will also assist in various administrative activities within their functional area. Additionally, they will support organizing physical and electronic document archives, among other duties within the scope of the role. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCREDIT!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in various administrative activities within the functional area; Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives; Assist with spreadsheets and information entry into departmental systems; Receive requests and respond to them or forward them if outside the scope of responsibility; Demonstrate initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of the functional area; Ensure proper custody and preservation of document archives; Support internal and external customer service; And other tasks related to the functional area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Aged between 18 and 23 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Availability for morning or afternoon shifts; High school (currently enrolled or completed) or undergraduate studies in progress; Compliance with the working hours (4 hours/day) at the workplace and during training; Participation in the qualification course guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice per week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** Upon hiring, the apprentice will undertake an apprenticeship program.
