Implement commercial strategies for expansion and growth **OPEN POSITION: Store Coordination** We are looking for a **Store Coordinator** with a strategic profile, results focus, and strong leadership capability to lead high-performance teams. **Requirements:** * Proven and mandatory experience with payroll-deductible loans; * Solid experience coordinating and supervising sales call centers; * Experience with performance metrics and sales indicators (KPIs); * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and develop the sales team; * Supervise the sales operation for payroll-deductible loans; * Monitor goals, indicators, and results to ensure high performance; * Implement commercial strategies aimed at expanding and growing the customer portfolio; * Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities; * Define goals, strategies, and action plans to achieve results; * Support the structuring and continuous improvement of commercial processes; * Ensure team alignment with the company’s strategic objectives; * Participate in strategic meetings with senior management; * Promote a culture of results, engagement, and continuous improvement; * **Coordinate operations across 3 stores.** **Compensation:** * Starting salary: **R$ 2.000,00 to R$ 3.000,00** * **Bonus based on achieved targets**, up to R$ 3.000,00 or more... * **Incentive allowance for the first 3 months:** R$ 500.00 * **Transportation allowance: R$ 500.00** * **Meal voucher: R$ 500.00** **Location:** Recife – PE **Send your resume to:** rh@mcminhaconta.com.br Job type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
