After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and control the execution of activities, action plans, and established processes by coordination or management level. * Develop and monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, and record occurrences of preventive, corrective, modification, and construction-related maintenance. * Supervise maintenance execution and identify opportunities for improvement. * Develop new suppliers of materials, parts, and/or equipment, as well as evaluate performance of substituted materials. * Plan third-party and temporary labor hiring, if necessary, and monitor the performance of services delivered. * Periodically assess the need for requisitioning materials and parts for the Maintenance area. * Perform daily routine checks on preventive and corrective maintenance execution. * Optimize activity execution time, demonstrating maturity and urgency in problem resolution. * Support maintenance technicians in decision-making and analytical thinking for problem resolution. * Conduct technical analysis of contracts for rented equipment. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is mandatory; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Knowledge of NR\-13 \- Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Piping, and Storage Tanks is desirable; * Knowledge of NR\-35 \- Working at Heights is desirable; * Knowledge of NR\-12 \- Safety in Machinery and Equipment Operations is desirable; * Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is mandatory; * Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
