Opportunity: **Sushiman** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; * Reside in João Pessoa or Cabedelo \- PB; * Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of good food handling practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare Japanese cuisine dishes; * Select, clean, and cut fish and seafood, ensuring the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients; * Maintain hygiene, preservation of food and equipment, complying with food safety standards; * Monitor inventory and product expiration dates; * Fulfill customer orders; * Work as part of a team; * Adhere to personal and workplace hygiene standards.
