With an experienced team, it delivers customized solutions tailored to each client's needs. **Responsibilities:** Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes. Monitor and verify employee timekeeping records. Coordinate work schedules jointly with management. Verify payroll with the accounting department. Administer vacations, benefits, leaves of absence, and labor documentation. Carry out recruitment and selection processes. Conduct new employee integration (onboarding). Support training initiatives and team development. Conduct exit interviews. Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism). Support internal communication and endomarketing activities. Administer climate and engagement surveys, supporting improvement plans. Contribute to organizing and structuring the HR department. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or Human Resources Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
