Below are the details and requirements for this opportunity **Job Mission** Execute and ensure correct tax accounting and tax calculation, ensuring compliance with ancillary obligations within legal and contractual deadlines, acting with responsibility, organization, and alignment to company standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform tax calculation, ensuring timely submission of ancillary obligations according to legal and contractual deadlines * Notify Management and Supervision of all submitted obligations—whether on time or delayed—with appropriate justifications * Execute tax accounting for purchases, sales, services received, and services provided * Calculate taxes under the Simples Nacional regime, ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL * Perform federal withholding and general tax calculations * Execute and monitor ancillary obligations, such as: DMA, DMD, EFD\-Contribuições, EFD\-ICMS/IPI, MIT, EFD\-Reinf, and ECF * Handle regularization of outstanding tax issues * Register products in accordance with current legislation * Control, analyze, and verify incoming and outgoing invoices, validating calculations and information * Record product and service invoices in the company's systems * Send tax forms and documents to clients * Support the team in executing tax and accounting activities **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences * Experience in an accounting firm * Knowledge of tax accounting * Familiarity with Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit taxation legislation * Experience with the Domínio system * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Availability to start immediately **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with systems: Domínio, Gestta, SIEG, Conta Azul, and Omie * Solid experience in accounting office routines **Behavioral Competencies** * Agility and sense of urgency * Organization and responsibility regarding deadlines * Results orientation * Dynamism and proactivity * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Collaborative mindset * Flexibility and adaptability * Curiosity, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.350,00 * Meal/food allowance: R$ 22.00 per day * Courses and seminars: fully funded by Surplus, aimed at technical and professional development * Ongoing internal training programs * Health and dental plans: 50% monthly premium subsidized by the company * Fractioned vacation leave in up to three periods, in accordance with current legislation.
