This is an opportunity for professionals already familiar with the real estate sector who wish to advance their careers. Responsibilities * Daily accounting entries and tax postings * Calculation and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED, EFD, DCTF, and similar) * Control and reconciliation of incoming and outgoing invoices * Tax calculation according to the company's tax regime * Bank reconciliation and control of accounts payable and receivable * Support for financial routines and preparation of management reports * Interface with partners and management for analysis and decision-making Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (mandatory) * Prior experience in a real estate development company or other firm in the real estate market * Knowledge of ancillary obligations and tax legislation * Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting systems * Organization, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Special Purpose Entities (SPEs) and tax regimes applicable to the real estate sector (e.g., RET) Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
