Inspections and record-keeping for quality in seafood production **Academic Qualification:** * **Completed high school** (technical or higher education is a plus). **Technical Skills:** * **QUALITY AGENT** We are hiring a Quality Agent to work directly on the factory floor, ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards in seafood production. The professional will be responsible for conducting inspections, maintaining records, and guiding staff on procedures required by the company and regulatory authorities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Conduct visual and physical inspections of products at all stages (receiving, processing, packaging, and shipping). \- Verify hygiene conditions of staff, equipment, and facilities. \- Record data on temperature control, humidity, and other critical process variables. \- Monitor and supervise adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). \- Report non-conformities to the responsible department and support implementation of corrective actions. \- Complete quality control forms, spreadsheets, and checklists. \- Perform sampling for microbiological analysis when required.
