With a **team of talented individuals driven by discipline, commitment, and determination**, we have achieved significant results and consolidated our presence in the port sector, always focusing on efficiency and innovation. **Join our team** and help us build a success story marked by growth and transformation! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Perform industrial painting services on port equipment (cranes, spreaders, platforms, towers, metal structures, supports, floors, and asphalted areas); * Perform surface treatment, including: * Manual and mechanical sanding; * Metal brushing; * Rust and scale removal using manual, pneumatic, or electric tools; * Cleaning with degreasers and solvents; * Apply primers, anticorrosive base coats, and finishing paints according to technical specifications; * Perform painting using brushes, rollers, brushes, or spray guns, as required; * Conduct emergency repairs affecting terminal operations; * Support equipment washing using high-pressure washers (VAP); * Ensure quality, uniformity, and a high-standard finish in all performed services; * Prepare, organize, and isolate work areas; * Support other maintenance teams when necessary; * Report hazardous situations or safety issues to the supervisor or team leader; * Ensure the preservation of tools, machines, and equipment; * Report completed activities via reports or service orders; * Properly use mandatory PPE; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Comply with Occupational Safety regulations and quality, safety, and environmental policies. * Temporary position for 3 months **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------- * Proven experience as an Industrial Painter; * Knowledge of anticorrosive treatment and industrial painting systems; * Basic knowledge of metallic surface preparation; * Familiarity with paint spray guns and application equipment; * Experience in industrial or port environments is a plus. **Mandatory Training** ----------------------------- * NR-35 – Working at Heights (mandatory and up-to-date) **Additional Information** **100% On-site Position -** Av.
