You will also collaborate on safety, health, and environmental policies. Being able to work with attention to detail and safety standards is non-negotiable. Together We Are Unstoppable — keeping this in mind, you must closely collaborate with your colleagues. **Requirements and Responsibilities:** ----------------------------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in the logistics field. * Analytical profile. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work on weekends. **Among your main responsibilities, you will:** * Oversee receiving, labeling, cubing, returns, discrepancies, CX One, and pallet building processes, ensuring targets are met to fulfill agreed service levels with the client; * Ensure compliance with safety **(HSE)** concepts and regulations; * Assign tasks to assistants, operators, verifiers, task assistants, and analysts; * Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace; * Conduct safety briefings; * Lead the team and supervise areas, verifying that client/DHL operational system procedures and processes are followed; * Monitor material movement flow, correcting and guiding employees in cases of doubt or non-conforming behavior; * Track departmental KPIs; * Schedule training sessions; * Report accidents and incidents per the safety procedure; * Manage workloads according to priorities; * Update internal communications, collecting, disseminating information and guidance for awareness by all and continuous process improvement; * Ensure supply of area consumables by verifying replenishment needs to prevent unplanned stoppages; * Participate in internal audits, organizing documents, making them available, and accompanying auditors upon request to meet internal and client requirements; * Use PPE following occupational safety guidelines to ensure personal and collective integrity. **Benefits \- Here’s what you’ll find:** ------------------------------------------ * Medical Assistance (On-site clinic, no monthly fee, extendable to dependents); * Dental Assistance (Employee plan fully covered by DHL, nationwide coverage); * Meal Benefit (Meal voucher or company cafeteria, depending on location); * Transportation Benefit (Transportation voucher or shuttle service, depending on location); * PPR \- Annual Profit Sharing Plan; * Life Insurance; * Gympass (Nationwide network of partner gyms); * Discount Club (Promotional discounts across multiple categories). **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
