Job Summary: Professional to work in quality management within civil construction, supporting the updating and organization of procedures, audits, and process monitoring to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and PBQP-H. Key Highlights: 1. Support in quality management and site audits 2. Monitoring and continuous improvement of quality processes 3. Implementation of ISO 9001 and PBQP-H **Sector:** Civil Construction **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Update and organize procedures, work instructions, and forms of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / PBQP\-H). * Support the development and revision of quality manuals and quality plans for construction projects. * Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits. * Monitor site audits, verifying compliance with standards and checklists. * Record nonconformities (NCs) and track corrective/preventive action plans. * Verify site organization, signage, and cleanliness (5S). * Assist in collecting and updating performance indicators. * Deliver training on corporate culture and the Quality Management System. * Monitor, review, and propose continuous improvements to processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and PBQPH quality standards. **Desired Education:** * Pursuing a degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, or related fields. **Desirable Courses:** * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems. * Prior experience in quality management within the civil construction sector. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break.
