The Programming Analyst is responsible for contracting third-party providers and defining the daily fleet/third-party scheduling, ensuring optimal resource allocation to streamline logistics operations and meet delivery deadlines.
Third-Party Mapping: Identifying and selecting third-party vehicles to support operational scheduling.
Route Planning Knowledge & Operational Availability: Ensuring vehicle availability for additional operations as needed.
Management of Empty Third-Party Vehicles: Monitoring empty third-party vehicles to utilize them in GH operations.
Management of Unforeseen Events: Adjusting scheduling in response to unforeseen events, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency. Reporting to the Coordinator and Manager.
Financial Monitoring: Daily monitoring of third-party shipment revenue to consistently meet targets.
Commercial Support: Providing support to the commercial department in determining rates for routes.
Operational Report: Preparing and presenting a summary report of daily third-party operations.
Freight Settlement: Performing freight settlement for fleet operations in regions without fixed customers, ensuring financial viability.
Subcontractor Issuance: Issuing documentation for service subcontracting.
Vehicle Daily Allowance Tracking: Monitoring daily allowances per vehicle to ensure operational efficiency and revenue generation.
Route Planning Knowledge: Experience in route planning is required to optimize routes and reduce operational costs.
Third-Party Contracting: Contracting third-party carriers for transportation operations, ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Company Target: Monitoring the company’s overall target to adjust scheduling and maximize revenue.
