With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations, creating diverse solutions across Brazil through the six companies that comprise our Group—positioning us as one of the country's top and largest logistics groups and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and guide all team members responsible for loading, unloading, and transshipment activities; * Supervise and monitor daily transshipment operations—from truck arrival through departure; * Monitor truck arrival and departure times; * Analyze requests for additional vehicles, approving or rejecting them based on cost-benefit analysis for the company; * Conduct weekly meetings with team leaders and supervisors to report achieved results and define process improvement actions; * Track productivity and quality indicators for the area, verifying standards, analyzing data, and developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce cargo-related incidents; * Generate reports on cargo loss incidents and jointly analyze them with leadership to identify errors and determine corrective and preventive actions for the process; * Authorize employee recognition awards within the area, in accordance with company-established policies; * Monitor, prepare, and analyze the area’s budget, reviewing historical data and new projects, planning and justifying necessary actions to meet area requirements; * Support and respond to internal and external audits related to the area’s processes; * Submit monthly management reports to Local Management; * Monitor the local equipment inventory, assessing condition, analyzing procurement needs, and executing required actions; * Approve payments related to branch expenses according to defined authority levels; * Evaluate leader performance, providing feedback and supporting\-them in their development; * Coordinate with other departments on matters concerning team members and responsibilities under this role; * Manage people-related processes: hiring, promotions, terminations, and tracking team working hours, leave, and vacation schedules; * Perform other duties related to the above activities, as determined by the organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; Logistics Technologist or Business Process Technologist preferred; * Process and People Management experience; * Knowledge of Pickup, Delivery, and Transfer procedures; * Knowledge of Logistics Operations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver’s License — Category B; Flexible working hours; * **Additional Information** * Operational Bonus; * Life Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Gympass; Here, we create paths toward achieving our dreams.
