If you thrive in an agile, collaborative, and opportunity-rich environment, this position is for you! \- Analyze freight costs; \- Monitor and optimize logistics operations; \- Develop and implement improvements in logistics processes; \- Monitor and analyze receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities; \- Perform route planning and delivery scheduling to optimize timelines and costs; \- Monitor performance of carriers and logistics operators, ensuring SLA compliance. \- Propose solutions to minimize delays and distribution failures; \- Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, reducing losses and discrepancies. \- Collaborate with inventory and procurement departments to optimize supply flow. \- Implement and monitor strategies such as FIFO, FEFO, and ABC analysis. \- Conduct data analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making. \- Suggest actions for continuous logistics improvement. \- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery time, service level, and logistics cost. **Requirements**: \- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. \- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, and distribution. \- Experience managing transportation, inventory, and logistics planning. **Technical Skills:** \- Knowledge of logistics management systems (TMS, WMS, ERPs). \- Proficiency in inventory control and routing methodologies. \- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria; Meal allowance.
