Organize files 4\. Retrieve and deliver documents to departments 5\. Consult and update spreadsheets 6\. Answer and place telephone calls 7\. Track Return Receipt Notices from the postal service 8\. Assist with in-person service 9\. Organize mailbags (receipt and delivery) 10\. Assist with asset verification 11\. Assist with document sorting 12\. Respond to emails 13\. Send and receive document and correspondence protocols 14\. Assist with ticket triage in the Service Desk system, create user accounts, and grant permissions 15\. Provide basic IT infrastructure and network support at the University Hospital (HU) 16\. Assist with testing improvements, rules, or fixes delivered by vendors **Specific Activities:** 1\. Daily monitoring of evaluations and dissemination within the group 2\. Opening and tracking Coffee-related requests 3\. Scheduling, monitoring, registration, agenda confirmation, digitizing signed documents, and issuing certificates 4\. Credentialing, certificate distribution, and expiration date tracking 5\. Receive, dispatch, and register documents 13\. Open and track Jiras (internal system) 14\. Conduct departmental rounds to open preventive and corrective maintenance service orders (OS) 15\.
