Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the physical and financial progress of construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, efficient use of resources, and seamless integration between planning and execution. Will collaborate closely with the Construction Coordinator and other departments, applying modern management methodologies to ensure project predictability and performance. **Planning and Control:** * Develop and update physical and financial schedules aligned with project guidelines and on-site realities; * Monitor activity progress, analyze deviations from planned targets, and propose corrective actions; * Develop and maintain updated S-curves for tracking physical and financial progress trends; * Plan and control resource utilization (labor, materials, equipment) to promote operational efficiency. **Constraint Management and Integration with Execution:** * Identify and mitigate production constraints by applying Lean Construction and Last Planner System principles; * Actively participate in site routines and collaborative planning meetings with the execution team. **KPIs and Reporting:** * Conduct weekly physical and financial performance closings; * Prepare consolidated management reports for investors, executive leadership, and other stakeholders; * Ensure continuous updates to visual management systems and project performance dashboards. **Tools and Technologies:** * Generate and analyze reports in Power BI and Excel to support decision-making; * Participate in implementing and integrating BIM 4D models into planning (where applicable); * Use Prevision software as the primary platform for construction planning and control. **Internal Collaboration:** * Report directly to the Construction Coordinator and Operations Management; * Maintain constant interface with Projects, Procurement, Quality, and Finance departments. **External Collaboration:** * Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to align delivery timelines and outputs; * Provide technical support for presentations to external investors and clients. **Autonomy and Decision-Making:** * Autonomy to adjust schedules and redistribute resources based on technical analysis and project evolution; * Responsible for proposing preventive and corrective measures to keep planning under control; * Strategic support to the Construction Coordination team in activity prioritization and definition of operational goals. **Performance Indicators:** * Percentage of adherence to the physical-financial schedule; * Forecast accuracy rate for progress advancement; * Reduction in rework and waste through improved planning; * Achievement of weekly LPS (PPC — Percent Plan Complete) targets; * Quality and timeliness of delivered reports and dashboards; * Interdepartmental and external relationship management. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction planning and control; * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Proficiency in construction scheduling, S-curves, deadline and cost control; * Proficiency in Prevision and MS Project (construction planning software); * Intermediate Excel and Power BI skills for report analysis; * Knowledge of Lean Construction, Last Planner System, and agile methodologies; * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and complementary project documentation; * Proficiency in physical-financial scheduling, S-curves, deadline control, and productivity analysis; * Advanced knowledge of Prevision (or similar software); * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Teamwork orientation; * Organizational skills; * Discipline; * Preferred: Experience with BIM 4D.
