The Construction Analyst's mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed in accordance with proper project reviews, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request materials from contractors; * Prepare Addendum Requests; * Monitor the entry of supplies and materials to meet the construction schedule; * Track projects and revisions; * Conduct and verify Field Verifications (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Monitor construction costs according to the pre-established budget (avoiding waste); * Ensure third-party services are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards; * Monitor the entry of supplies and materials to meet the construction schedule; * Prepare reports documenting completed work, inspections conducted, and changes made relative to approved projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Relevant experience in the field; * NR 35 and NR 18 certifications; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design; * Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
