Job Summary: The Construction Assistant ensures on-site activities are carried out in accordance with project plans and schedules, monitors materials, and supports management. Key Highlights: 1. The Construction Assistant's mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed correctly according to reviewed project designs, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Place material requisitions for contractors; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Assist in preparing Addendum Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Monitor projects and design revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verifications (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Ensure third-party services are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards on construction sites; * Support management in supervising on-site construction execution; * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Familiarity with AutoCAD and project tools; * Ability to read and analyze project drawings.
