Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and organizing cultural, sports, and training projects, with a focus on documentation and data systematization. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and proactivity Location: Recreio dos Bandeirantes – RJ (on-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary: R$ 2.750,00 Employment Type: CLT **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring of cultural, sports, and training projects; * Overseeing the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper organization of documentation required for accountability reporting (attendance lists, photos, student registrations, timesheets, etc.); * Managing material delivery to project units; * Preparing monthly reports and spreadsheets, supporting project data systematization; * Performing other duties related to the production department. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Cultural Production, Event Production, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this field is considered an advantage; * Commitment, organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Ability to work effectively in teams, critical thinking, and willingness to grow with the company.
