The ideal candidate must have solid experience in maintenance and construction planning and control routines, strong analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in planning and control routines. * Critical analysis and data interpretation skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other departments. * Proactivity and independent problem-solving ability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support planning activities by assisting the team in developing studies and construction planning. * Analyze project-related information and generate statistical reports as requested, ensuring fulfillment of company requirements. * Monitor construction progress and weekly/monthly targets, working closely with the construction team to eliminate constraints and ensure adherence to schedules. * Prepare and submit periodic reports (weekly and monthly) with updates on construction progress and performance indicators. * Support the development, monitoring, and updating of operational plans, contributing to efficient and timely project execution. * Extract, manipulate, and analyze data in Excel, delivering detailed reports and identifying improvement opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the construction field. * Knowledge of planning tools.
