This role operates at the intersection of technical engineering and project management, ensuring that new technologies improve equipment efficiency, safety, and longevity. Key Responsibilities: Innovation Project Management: Plan and supervise the development of new products, from concept through prototyping and field testing. Continuous Improvement: Analyze equipment performance in operation to propose technical improvements, reducing operational costs and increasing productivity. Technical Leadership: Guide teams of engineers and technicians in resolving complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic engineering problems. Documentation and Standards: Prepare technical documentation and manuals, and ensure project compliance with safety and quality standards. Production Interface: Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement departments (BOM \- Bill of Materials) to ensure production feasibility. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in design tools (CAD/SolidWorks), simulation (FEA/Finite Element Analysis), and machine automation. Managerial Competencies: Ability to lead teams, strategic vision, and proficiency in schedule and budget management.
