We are looking for a professional to work on product development and validation, focusing on prototyping, assembly, and engine analysis, bench testing, and technical support. This position requires a technical, analytical, and hands-on profile, with close collaboration with engineering teams and continuous contribution to process and product improvements. Main Responsibilities:
- Perform part manufacturing and prototyping using lathes, milling machines, and welding processes.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to execute work according to specifications.
- Assemble and disassemble engines for technical analysis and fault identification.
- Conduct part inspection and quality control using measuring instruments.
- Provide technical support to Customer Service (SAC), assisting in field problem diagnosis.
- Support bench testing and validation of new components and projects.
- Record technical information and contribute to continuous improvements in product development.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Proactive, collaborative profile with attention to detail.
- Experience as a mechanical assistant.
- Experience in tooling.
- Currently enrolled in a Technical or Bachelor's program in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Metrology (measuring instruments, interpretation of measurements);
- Fundamental knowledge of Machine Elements;
- Basic knowledge of Diesel Mechanics (an advantage for disassembling parts).

**Essential Requirements:**

Intermediate Excel knowledge (tables, basic formulas, data organization);
Reading and interpretation of technical drawings;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
