Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, activating, and repairing fiber optic networks, ensuring service stability and infrastructure maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and repair of fiber optic networks for customers 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of optical infrastructure 3. Fault identification and resolution in the network Responsibilities: Install, activate, and repair fiber optic networks for residential and business customers; Perform fiber optic splicing and certification testing; Identify and resolve network faults, ensuring service stability; Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on optical infrastructure; Comply with safety and quality standards in customer service; Complete technical reports and maintain up-to-date service records. Requirements: Completed high school education (a technical course in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields is a plus); Experience in installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks; Knowledge of fiber splicing, connectorization, and OTDR usage; Ability to interpret technical drawings and project diagrams; Valid driver's license category B. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary **R$ 2855,53** **\+ 30% hazard pay** * Meal allowance: **R$ 36.00 per workday.** * Vehicle leasing assistance: **between R$ 1\.260,00 and R$ 1\.430,00 (subject to rules)** * Performance bonus: **average of R$ 600.00.** * Company-provided mobile phone: **R$ 71.00**. * Fuel allowance * Driver assistance (subject to rules) * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * **\*\*WE PROVIDE A FLEET!\*\*** Work schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM \- 2-hour break (Monday to Saturday) 2 Saturdays per month NOTE: A valid driver's license category B is mandatory for this position.
