As a **CBA Product Analyst**, you will be responsible for developing interior solutions and product attributes through the preparation and validation of projects, definition of materials, and technical analysis of environments, aiming to ensure that CBA or Vivacorp developments reflect standards of quality, functionality, and architectural identity. **Responsibilities and duties** **What awaits you in your day-to-day:** * Develop interior studies and proposals for architectural solutions based on conceptual analysis of developments, technical surveys, and coordination guidelines, aiming to strengthen product identity; * Prepare interior design projects and details through creation of floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models aligned with architectural and technical guidelines to ensure design accuracy; * Select materials, finishes, and aesthetic solutions based on supplier analysis, market trends, and performance requirements to ensure quality and durability; * Coordinate interior designs with structural and installation projects by evaluating technical impacts and proposing adjustments to prevent rework and ensure constructability; * Produce descriptive specifications, reference materials, and technical specifications by organizing project information and defining finish standards to guide internal teams and suppliers; * Conduct comparative analyses of competing products and market trends based on observation of features, solutions, and differentiators to enhance positioning of CBA or Vivacorp developments; * Assess practical applicability of design solutions on-site through technical visits, mock-up monitoring, and interface analysis with execution to ensure practical feasibility; * Develop furnishing proposals and guidelines for decorated units through layout studies, aesthetic composition, and conceptual alignment to communicate product standards; * Validate technical information and materials through review of documents received from architects, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure design consistency; * Issue technical opinions on interior solutions and product alternatives through evaluation of risks, impacts, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making; * Monitor suppliers related to furniture, finishes, and interior solutions through sample analysis, technical visits, and delivery verification to ensure compliance with specifications; * Serve as the technical reference for the area by providing guidance on product guidelines, interior standards, and project methodologies to strengthen the area’s technical maturity. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Interior Design, or related fields. **Desirable:** Experience in interior design projects, real estate product development, or related areas. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Organization and control * Activity tracking * Creativity * Sense of responsibility **Technical Competencies:** * Reading and development of construction drawings * Coordination of projects (architecture, structure, and installations) * Specification of materials and finishes * 3D modeling and graphic representation * Knowledge of interior design trends and real estate standards * Technical product analysis and feasibility assessment of solutions **Additional information** Here you will find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
