




Job Summary: The Training Consultant will drive the development and performance of franchisees and their teams, ensuring adherence to standards and continuous network improvement. Responsibilities and Duties As a Training Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the development and performance of franchisees and their sales teams, ensuring adherence to standards and continuous network improvement. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Serving as the liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring implementation of technical, behavioral, and process-related training. Creating, editing, and delivering training materials (videos, PDFs, PPTs, announcements, and LMS platform learning paths). Monitoring training performance indicators (participation, completion, evaluation, and impact on sales). Conducting in-person and online training sessions for franchisees, managers, and sales teams. Supporting new sales staff onboarding through hands-on field training. Developing and executing action plans focused on capability building and commercial performance improvement. Ensuring timely updates to learning paths on the LMS platform and related monitoring reports. Conducting field visits to monitor execution, provide feedback, and train teams. Driving internal marketing initiatives aligned with LOFT’s culture and values. Supporting new store openings with onboarding training and standard alignment. Upholding LOFT’s standardized experience and service quality across all units. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in fashion and/or accessories retail (excluding food, services, department stores, electronics, and telecommunications). Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets. Knowledge of sales techniques and commercial metrics (average transaction value, items per transaction, inventory, revenue). Experience in corporate training (in-person and online). Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel. Willingness to travel. Willingness to work on-site at headquarters (Rio Tavares – Florianópolis/SC). Additional Information Employment Type: On-site – Franchisor Headquarters. Working Hours: Monday to Friday – business hours (1-hour lunch break). Compensation: Salary range to be discussed.
