Support in organizing financial documents Join **MACRO**! **MACROMAQ** operates in the sectors of forklift sales, construction machinery, aerial work platforms, replacement parts, technical assistance, equipment leasing, and logistics. **Responsibilities:** * Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; * Generate and review financial reports; * Process payment clearances and perform bank reconciliation; * Monitor delinquency, conduct collections, and negotiate with customers; * Negotiate payment terms and monitor outstanding invoices with suppliers; * Execute payments via DDA, TED, and bank transfers (subject to authorization); * Issue bills, duplicate copies, and receipts; * Update cash flow spreadsheet (receipts and commitments); * Transmit banking files and track remittances; * Support control and organization of financial documents. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management; * Strong learning ability and communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); **Our Offer Includes:** * CLT employment contract (formal labor registration) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00\- lunch break from 12:00 to 13:12 * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance or food allowance: BRL 24.15 per working day\- with BRL 1 payroll deduction * Life insurance: So you can live peacefully, knowing we’re here to support you * Pharmacy allowance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
