Actively participates in resolving requests and improving scheduling processes. Performs patient registration for scheduling purposes—including appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations—directs patients according to physician availability, schedules exams and rooms within the SADT department, handles administrative tasks related to insurance authorizations and associated documentation, monitors and controls the entire exam and procedure schedule, and informs the nursing and medical teams in the SADT department about appropriate patient allocation based on resource capacity and availability. Responsibilities Support the training of Scheduling Assistants I; Provide general telephone, digital, and in-person customer service with greater autonomy; Collaborate in process optimization and implementation of service improvements; Handle problem resolution and escalate more complex requests; Schedule exams performed in the SADT department, as well as confirm the schedule the day before the exam, when required; Keep the medical and nursing teams informed and updated regarding upcoming/programmed schedules; Maintain control of the private exam fee schedule (names, values, and codes); Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers; Perform patient registration and/or data updates; Cover team members’ vacations, when necessary; Request, track, and attach exam authorizations prior to patient service; Organize, block, transfer, and configure exam schedules as requested by management or physicians; Guide physicians on viewing the schedule via the Nina Agendas app; if unavailable, send the next day’s schedule to physicians; Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity, as assigned. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** Customer Service Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite) Institutional Systems Two years of company tenure ###### **Company** No information registered Job Code: 213
