Work Schedule This position entails a **weekly working hours of 44 hours**, distributed as follows: * **Monday to Friday**, with daily working hours ending at **10:00 PM**, respecting the legally mandated intra-shift break; * **Saturday mornings**, with additional hours to complete the weekly schedule. As a practical reference, the shift schedule may be organized as follows: * **Monday to Friday:** 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour break; * **Saturday:** 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM\. 2\. Main Responsibilities The hired professional must perform, among others, the following duties: * Telephone support; * In-person public-facing services; * Messaging support for patients; * Assisting physicians with patient reception in telemedicine; * Supporting leadership in managing internal processes. 3\. Prerequisites Requirements for this position include: * **Completed high school education**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for public-facing services and interpersonal relationships; * Organizational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Proficiency with systems, computers, and digital communication tools; * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Professional demeanor, courtesy, and discretion when interacting with patients, the public, and internal teams; * Availability for **in-person work** at the address provided; * Availability to adhere to the described schedule, including shifts until **8:00 PM on weekdays** and **Saturday morning shifts**. 4\.
