Description: ABOUT THE COMPANY: Founded in 2013 in the center of Florianópolis, Tudo Dez Floripa launched with the innovative concept of selling high-quality products at a single fixed price. Despite initial skepticism, the company won over consumers through its culture of fair pricing, quality, and outstanding service. As the business grew, we established our own import company, Majestic Trade, forming partnerships with over ten countries and expanding our product portfolio. The success of our imports led to the creation of Majestic Hub, our wholesale sales channel serving retailers across the region. To support all our operations, we operate a Distribution Center located in Palhoça, spanning over 8,000 m², responsible for receiving and dispatching our merchandise. In 2025, continuing our expansion plan, we inaugurated Tudo Dez Palhoça in the city center, bringing us even closer to regional consumers. ABOUT THIS POSITION: * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday * Work location: Center of Florianópolis JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify purchasing opportunities and cost optimization; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices; * Analyze key performance indicators for the role, including profit margin, inventory turnover, lead time, and stock levels; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement changes to optimize the procurement process; * Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure procurement aligns with customer needs; * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including ethics and sustainability requirements; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and payment terms; * Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from quotation requests to product delivery; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, suppliers, and products. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in procurement or a similar role within a department store or industrial setting; DESIRED COMPETENCIES: * Holistic business vision and ability to analyze performance indicators; * Excellent negotiation and communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and supplier management; * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; * Ethics and integrity in all actions and decisions; * Proactivity and ability to identify improvement opportunities.
