




Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for the entire acquisition process—from request and quotation to negotiation and delivery follow-up—aiming for continuous improvement and strategic partnerships. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and manage purchase requests, quotations, and analyses. 2. Negotiate and monitor orders, ensuring on-time deliveries and commercial terms. 3. Research the supplier market and promote the development of partnerships. Responsibilities: Receive purchase requests; obtain quotations; analyze prices, delivery timelines, and technical specifications; evaluate commercial proposals by assessing their alignment with scope requirements, proper tax application, and resource allocation by bidders; execute purchases and monitor order status to ensure delivery per agreed terms; negotiate and secure optimal payment terms with suppliers; verify supplier qualifications by checking whether deliveries meet scheduled deadlines, pricing, and technical specifications; analyze carrier performance; conduct follow-up to ensure deliveries remain within established timelines; monitor return processes for materials delivered contrary to order specifications; manage outstanding issues with suppliers (e.g., exchanges, returns, invoices, taxes); research the supplier market for materials and services through price collection to identify optimal purchasing opportunities and new suppliers; support critical analysis of commercial conditions in contracts and addenda; foster development of alternative suppliers to build new partnerships, improve product quality, and reduce costs; ensure compliance with product and service warranty periods when required; analyze KPIs; establish strategic partnerships with suppliers; review procurement reports to ensure cost control; use safety equipment to prevent occupational hazards; comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal procedures, and company bylaws; use company-provided resources rationally; propose process improvements. Prior experience in procurement—preferably in HVAC/refrigeration or civil construction—is required, along with a completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and a valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). Salary is negotiable. Overtime hours, if required, are compensated in the monthly payroll. Benefits: Meal allowance (R$ 28.00 per day), health insurance, transportation allowance or fuel subsidy.
