Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing performance indicators, supervising waste collection operations, and guiding teams. Key Highlights: 1. Performance indicator analysis and presentation, and goal tracking 2. Supervision of waste collection and sorting services 3. Training and guidance of operational teams Analysis of performance indicators, results, and goals. Present and discuss performance indicators, results, and goals with internal teams and clients. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. Supervise collection agents’ services to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures. Guide and monitor the sorting of recyclable and non-recyclable waste. Supervise: waste collection, manual transportation of waste, and waste containment at pre\-established locations. Guide collection agents on equipment cleaning/organization and workplace organization. Assist in sorting and dock organization activities when necessary. Guide staff on the proper use of equipment used in operations. Support the administrative department in document delivery to teams. Train teams according to SOPs. Uniform and PPE distribution. Report preparation and submission. Working hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Desirable qualifications: Environmental management or technical training; environmental engineering or related fields. Employment type: Full-time CLT. Salary: R$3\.540,00 per month.
