Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for strict identification and registration of access, security system control, and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Strict identification and registration of people's entries and exits 2. Proficiency in access control systems and CCTV 3. Ability to handle conflicts and strong interpersonal skills Must reside in Palhoça and have access to bus lines reaching the Pedra Branca neighborhood in the Passeio da Pedra Branca area, especially on weekends. Preferably residing near Pedra Branca. Personal vehicle preferred. Main responsibilities: Strict identification and registration of general entries and exits at the commercial building, knowledge of access control systems, knowledge of CCTV systems, user-level computer skills, personnel registration, tag registration, discretion and protection of confidential information, ability to handle conflict situations, and strong communication and relationship skills with shop tenants and staff. Work location: Atrium. Working hours: 12x36 shift — 07:30 to 19:30 with intraday break (January schedule). Remuneration: R$ 1.857,54, VA R$ 33.00/day, 7% attendance bonus + PNR R$ 82.50.
