As our building maintenance assistant, you will support the maintenance team in overseeing the building maintenance of the group's properties. Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform **structural repairs** and finishing work, including room painting, plastering, floor and ceramic tile replacement. * Carry out **hydraulic maintenance** and furniture maintenance, such as faucet installation and replacement, bathroom and cafeteria repairs, furniture and general administrative area repairs, and drain cleaning. * Conduct **preventive and corrective maintenance** to ensure proper facility operation. * Record all activities and **complete service orders** for internal control. * Assist in **overseeing third-party service providers**, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Maintain **organization and cleanliness** of shared equipment and tools. * Strictly comply with **occupational safety regulations**, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by the company.
