Maintain detailed records of incidents and actions taken ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a **Monitoring Operator** to join our team in São José! The professional will be responsible for operating security systems, ensuring rapid detection and effective response to incidents and risky situations. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring surveillance cameras and alarm systems; * Remote access control and remote gatehouse operations; * Recording and analyzing CCTV system reports; * Handling events and incidents. ✨ If you are vigilant, responsible, and enjoy working with technology applied to security, this opportunity is for you! **Monitoring Operator Responsibilities** ️ Monitor and operate security systems—including surveillance cameras, alarms, and other monitoring devices. * ️ Identify and assess suspicious activities or risky situations, taking necessary actions per established procedures. Communicate\-in real time with security and intervention teams, providing accurate information and coordinating appropriate actions. Maintain detailed records of incidents, activities, and actions performed during the shift. Collaborate with team members and provide support during emergencies or crises, ensuring agility and efficiency. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education**: Completed high school (or equivalent). ️ **Experience**: Prior experience in security monitoring or similar roles will be considered a plus. **Technical Knowledge:** * Security systems (surveillance cameras, alarm triggering, access control, and remote gatehouse operations). * CCTV system reports. * Handling of events and incidents. ### **JOB BENEFITS** **Benefits** Transportation Allowance (VT): round trip – 6% payroll deduction. ️ Meal/food allowance (VR/VA): R$ 47.50 per shift – 20% payroll deduction.
