Analytical, organized, and proactive profile JUNIOR PLANNING ANALYST – TIJUCAS/SC An industrial and civil construction company is seeking a professional to work on-site in the Planning department. Location: Tijucas – SC Working Hours: Monday to Friday \| Business hours Remuneration: Market range between R$ 3\.000,00 and R$ 4\.000,00 Benefit: Attendance bonus Main Responsibilities: * Support in process planning and control; * Organization and analysis of complex spreadsheets; * Monitoring of schedules and deadlines; * Support in administrative and financial controls; * Updating of KPIs and management reports. Mandatory Requirements: * Advanced Excel (mandatory): * VLOOKUP * Pivot Tables * Basic Macros or Dashboards * Currently enrolled in the final phase of Administration or Production Engineering; * Analytical, organized, and proactive profile; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and controls simultaneously.
