Job Summary: A Building Technician professional to interpret projects, supervise construction sites, perform measurements, prepare budgets, and control quality on construction sites. Monitor and supervise construction work. Perform measurements and technical surveys. Prepare budgets and schedules. Control the quality of materials and executed services. Guide work teams on construction sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist in preparing technical reports. Previous experience as a Civil Engineer, Architect, Civil Construction Technician, or Building Designer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
