Assist with network configurations and procurement of equipment **Job Description:** ---------------------- The IT Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the company's equipment and technology infrastructure. This role involves handling service requests, supporting users, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals, assisting with basic network and VPN configurations, and collaborating on IT equipment procurement to ensure technological resources align with business needs.
