We seek a Logistics Analyst to oversee inventory control, analysis, and accuracy—focusing on physical inventories, CM (movements/costs or consumable materials, per internal standards), and supporting logistics decision-making. Key responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor stock inventories (rotating and general); Analyze inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes, process failures, and proposing corrective actions; Control and monitor CM, ensuring traceability, appropriate consumption, and alignment with defined standards; Track inventory KPIs (accuracy, turnover, losses, stockouts); Perform inventory and logistics managerial analyses and reporting; Support logistics process improvements and internal controls; Collaborate with receiving, storage, shipping, and administrative departments; Ensure compliance with internal procedures and audits. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience in inventory control and inventories; Proficiency in ERP systems; Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in distribution centers or construction materials; Familiarity with logistics KPIs; Experience in inventory audits and process improvement. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance: BRL 500.00 Life Insurance Transportation Voucher Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities **Work Location:** ---------------------- RZ REZZADORI & CIA LTDA - HEAD OFFICE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, Business Hours
