Description

Job Summary: Machine operator for plastic injection molding machines to ensure proper operation, adjust parameters, inspect parts, and perform preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and adjustment of plastic injection molding machines 2. Preventive maintenance of machines and inspection of parts 3. Knowledge of polymers and problem-solving Responsibilities: Operate plastic injection molding machines to ensure proper operation and product quality. Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time to optimize production. Conduct visual inspections of produced parts, identifying and correcting defects. Perform preventive maintenance on machines according to established procedures. Complete production reports, recording data such as quantity produced, scrap, and incidents. Requirements: Completed high school education. Proven experience operating plastic injection molding machines. TBO and Metrology. Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Availability to work rotating shifts. Skills: Knowledge of polymers and their transformation processes. Proficiency in adjusting injection molding machines (injection parameters). Ability to read and interpret measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers). Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance of injection molding machines. Ability to identify and resolve issues in injection processes.
