Prepare technical documentation and control productive resources for the project (physical layouts, equipment, materials, supplies, and work teams). Control project productivity standards, such as material and supply quality inspections; guidance on specifications, material flow and handling; and safety measures for work sites and equipment. Manage the project schedule. Supervise services and material deliveries. Request material and service quotations from suppliers. Prepare technical progress reports for the project. Coordinate with immediate management to define required services and materials for projects. Verify work performed by contracted suppliers. Attend and support technical inspections conducted by regulatory and approval authorities. Monitor functional testing of systems and commissioning operations of machinery and equipment. Collaborate with engineering to approve materials and services.
