We are looking for an **Environmental Engineer based in Manaus responsible for all environmental licensing, renewals, and oversight of 26 power plants across the interior of Amazonas** **Why Aggreko?** Here are some of the benefits and awards. * Comprehensive medical and dental plan covering dependents. * Flexible food allowance via Caju. * Private pension plan (optional). * Life insurance. * Wellhub (formerly Gympass). * Employee assistance program offering psychological, nutritional, legal, and financial support (at no cost). * Annual bonus plan tied to company goal achievement. * Culture centered on safety. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing contracts related to waste management and environmental services; * Preparing forecasts and budgets for departmental expenses; * Administering operating licenses (LOs) and notifications with IPAAM; * Conducting on-site training, inspections, and audits at power plants; * Supporting hybridization and decarbonization projects for PIE (Independent Power Producer) power plants; * Developing environmental awareness campaigns. **Required skills and experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering; * Experience with environmental licensing for thermal or solar power plants; * Active registration with CREA, qualified to sign documents and ARTs; * Availability for 100% on-site work at the Manaus office; * Willingness to conduct technical visits to power plants across the interior of Amazonas; * English and Spanish are desirable.
